These services provide 12 months of airtime and have the highest Global coverage possible. They also include our Cloudloop Data / Packetmail services.

On ordering SIMs, please make clear which plans are targeted for use. SIMs using our 'Data and Voice' or 'Annual Plan' products use our Reach variant of SIM. 'Data Only' uses our Rush variant. These cannot be moved from one service to another.

Should a static IP be required, please ensure that this is selected on ordering either via the activation form into support, or directly in Cloudloop by choosing the product with 'SIP' in the product name. If this is not done a static IP cannot be assigned retroactively, and the SIM will need to be replaced.
